Taking inspiration from Doug Johnston (hawktrainer on tumblr) and basic instructions from Honestly WTF I made a few rope baskets and one ambitious bag over the weekend.
After working on them all day Saturday and part of Sunday I have mad respect for the shapes that Doug’s baskets takes. Manipulating the rope is much harder than I anticipated.
I just ordered 1000 feet of rope, so I’ll be making a few more in the coming weeks.
