I finally made it to Ann Hamilton’s The Event of a Thread yesterday at the Park Avenue Armory (one of my favorite art venues, remember Tom Sachs?). The show had a lot of hype, but it did not disappoint. I only wish I had gone weeks ago because it was bonkers crowded. My favorite part? Laying down under the sheets, it’s completely mesmerizing. I could fall asleep there every night.
